Foreword:
We wish to thank all of our customers for continued business over the years. We are intending on existing and expanding for decades to come and have improved on our application system to ensure that we will always be here to supply and meet your research demands. We've developed this process with simplicity and confidentiality at it's core. It now involves one application which can be emailed to you or filled out online. You will still be required to upload photo identification, however if you don't wish to do so through rechem.ca, you are able to upload the identification document to our SignNow application.
Providing us with a photo of identification does not compromise your information any more than placing an order(without submitting your identification) anywhere on the secure internet does. To alleviate some concerns of those who are strong believers in relative anonymity online, we will continue offering a PGP encryption key to ensure your perceived sensitive information is infinitely secure (see below).

Our account verification process is simple, yet thorough. We want to ensure everyone has read our terms of service and that nobody with ill intentions purchases our items.
This verification system will allow us to continue doing business for decades to come, and is legally sound and secure.
All information uploaded to our servers including documents are protected by layers of SSL encryption, however if this is not enough for you - we offer that your image files and/or documents can be PGP encrypted. Please download the public key by clicking here.
We will not decrypt any files on our web server, and our internal business systems are secure.
Requirements for Identification:
Any government-issued identification which includes a date of birth can be scanned or photographed for this purpose. We will require that the name and address on the ID must also match that of the account holder. If you are part of an organization specialized in chemical research, you can submit a scanned copy of your ID badge or relevant paperwork.
If you have any further issues and are not able to submit this at this time, please email our Accounts department at accounts@rechem.ca and we will try to work with you and develop a solution unique to your situation.
Requirements for Documentation:
We also require a document / written statement that states that you have read and agree to our terms of service. This document must also state what the products purchased here will be used for and must state that the items you purchase will never be used for human consumption or animal use in-vivo. If your intention is to have these items used by humans or animals in-vivo, you must not purchase from our website. To help the process along, please submit either a previously published research article which credits you, a business license which notes that you are involved in research, or a letter or contact information from a notable organization outlining the requirement for our chemical products as well as their affiliation to you. These are not always required, but will assist in verifying your account much quicker.
